Due to not having electricity in Otis, there will be changes today for U.S.D. 403 students. Busses will run normal routes at their normal times to bring students to school. Busses will remain at the school and take the students home at 9:30 am. This will allow students to get their lockers cleaned out and take their personal items home with them. All pre-planned activities for today are cancelled. Staff will report as usual.
