Dear Cougar Family, Friends, Alumni and Supporters,
We are excited to share that, through a very generous donation, we are being provided the opportunity to upgrade our aging scoreboards in the gym at Otis Bison Junior/Senior High School. While this is a fantastic opportunity, and we can’t wait for all of you to see it, we also realize that our existing scoreboard at the football field is in need of an update as well. Our current football scoreboard has served us well for the past 35+ years, however it can no longer be updated and often difficult or impossible to repair or find replacement parts. We would love to see our students and community have updated equipment to represent the pride we have in our students and our school and continue to serve Otis Bison students and the community for another 35+ years.
The approximate cost to replace and install the football field scoreboard is $25,000. We believe that with the support of generous community members, families and businesses, we can make this dream a reality. Your donation towards this project, no matter the size, will make a big impact. Any additional funds raised beyond the $25,000 would be put to use though additional upgrades to the scoreboards such as stats panels and feature upgrades. Our goal is to have a new football scoreboard for the 2026 football season.
To show our appreciation for your generosity, we are offering the following sponsorship options:
Platinum ($3000+): Company logo advertisement displayed for the lifetime of the scoreboard
Gold ($1500+): Vinyl Banner displayed at the field with name or logo of your choice for 5 years plus one line of text on donor board.
Silver: ($500+): One line of text with name on donor board.
Bronze (under $500): Name announced as sponsor and included in the program at ballgames during first season after installation.
