Balloons Over Broadway

It is almost time for the Thanksgiving parade. Unfortunately, the people in charge of blowing up the balloons didn't get enough helium to keep all of the balloons in the air. Ms. Kohls and Ms. Schneider's classes had to work together to design a balloon for the parade and create a device to keep the balloon floating in the air.
