Dr. Milt Dougherty graduated from Logan High School in 1982. In 1986 he earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in English from Fort Hays State University. In 1990 Dr. Dougherty received his Masters of Science Degree in Education Admin from Fort Hays State University. Finally, he earned his Doctorate Of Education Degree from Kansas State University in 2001. Dr. Milt Dougherty has made his presence known around this fine state.
