KAYS Club Teams With Sunshine for Troops
Otis-Bison Jr/Sr High School — Members of the KAYS Organization recently teamed with the local Family Consumer Science Extension Unit in Bison (Sunshine Unit) to help make Christmas a little brighter for members of military communities. Both groups asked members to donate items that our soldiers might like but are unable to purchase where they are stationed. Students packed, addressed and shipped boxes to military bases as part of a world/community service project. read more

KAYS Help Plant Tulips
The Otis-Bison KAYS Club lent a hand to Sunshine Unit in Bison as it began preparations for the city's 125th year celebration. Several students helped plant tulips that the Sunshine Unit ladies had voted to order and plant in the city park and on main street near city buildings. In an effort to get the plans rolling for the Memorial Day Celebration, Sunshine Unit, along with volunteer help from the student KAY Club members, will continue with the clean-up/fix-up by holding a day this coming spring when all 50+ members will . . . read more
