USD 403 - Start of School Information

PreK-5 Students
No students should arrive in the morning before 7:40
All PreK-2 students will enter in the South doors of the Elementary
All 3-5 students will enter in the North door of the Elementary
Everyone must have a face coverings and temperatures will be taken to enter building
Students will then go to classrooms and have breakfast in their classrooms
No visitors in the building unless pre-approved
Everyone should have a water bottle, bottle filling stations are available
Hand sanitizer will be provided
There will be no access to a microwave for sack lunches
Lunch schedule and location will create social distancing
All students riding a bus will need a face covering and have their temperature checked
Students will be expected to take devices home and bring them to school every day.
If you have problems with your iPad, please contact Hank Highfill via email (highfillh@usd403.org) immediately.
If your iPad is not working at all, please bring it to the district office with a note of what the problem is.
iPads should be charged nightly. If you have enough chargers to charge your iPad without the school’s charger, please return the charger to the school.

6-12 Students

All 9-12 students will enter through the West doors
Everyone must have a face coverings and temperatures will be taken to enter building
Students wishing to eat breakfast will enter into the north door at the elementary building
No visitors in the building unless pre-approved
Everyone should have a water bottle, bottle filling stations are available
Hand sanitizer will be provided
There will be no access to a microwave for sack lunches
Lunch schedule and location will create social distancing
Lockers will be issued, but there will be minimal use
All students riding a bus will need a face covering and have their temperature checked
Students will be expected to take devices home and bring them to school every day.
If you have problems with your Chrome book contact Hank Highfill via email (highfillh@usd403.org) immediately.
If your Chromebook is not working at all, please bring it to the district office with a note of what the problem is.
