Recently some of our users have been experiencing connection issues with the Powerschool Mobile app.
Powerschool released an update recently that requires the mobile app be fully updated to function.
In some cases the automatic updates on phones are not working. To fully ensure the app is updated, it is easiest to completely uninstall/delete the app from your phone and to redownload it from your phone's app store. Please note this will require you to re-enter your login, password, and the school code for the mobile app. Our school code is PWPQ.
If you are having issues with the mobile app, please first try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If you still have problems, let our office know so we can work with you and Powerschool support to resolve the issue.
