Otis-Bison Students sign with North Central Technical College in Hays

Preston Ross, Chase Mitchell, & Christopher Mitchell signed letters of intent on April 14th to further their post-secondary education at North Central Technical College in Hays to study in the Telecommunications and Network Technology program.
