Lady Cougars Season conclusion

The Otis-Bison Lady Cougars ended their season Friday evening in Wilson. Suffering from illness, injury, and departures this season, the Lady Cougars were only five girls playing. The girls showed their Cougar claws and while they did not win they ended the game with a difference of only 6 points – 36-42. There’s no substitute for this team and they put on a great performance to end the season.

The final record for the girls this season was 5-16. With no seniors this season hopefully we’ll see them all back next year and I expect we will see even better results. This was their first year being coached by Coach Jade Winter and we also hope to see Ms. Winter back next season.
