Superintendent Article
Dr. Milt Dougherty graduated from Logan High School in 1982. In 1986 he earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in English from Fort Hays State University. In 1990 Dr. Dougherty received his Masters of Science Degree in Education Admin from Fort Hays State University. Finally, he earned his Doctorate Of Education Degree from Kansas State University in 2001.
Dr. Milt Dougherty has made his presence known around this fine state. He happens to be a Keynote Speaker at many multiple national, state and regional educational conferences. He is a Board Member of the Asian Hope Cambodia.
In 2004. Dr. Dougherty was named one of the Top 10 U.S. Tech Savvy Superintendents. He also shared that when he retires, he wants to be a stand up comedian. He's quite the laugh I must say.
Presently Dr. Milt Dougherty is the current superintendent of Little River and Otis-Bison.
